Fantastic results from our yearly customer survey

Overall, we got a very good result this year. There was an increase in the Satisfied Customer Index (SCI) compered to previous year, 81.1 out of 100. For the Net Promoter Score (NPS), i.e. the power of recommendation, we received 40 on a scale of minus 100 to 100. When talking about NPS, you usually say anything above 30 is good and above 50 is excellent, so our NPS of 40 is great! The nice upward trend for NPS and NKI together with great results on other business areas shows that the efforts we make during the year are appreciated by our customers.

Areas we will continue to work on the following year are product information (i.e., better images, texts, pdfs and films), to display alternative products in the event of any back listed items or ordered goods that have longer delivery times, and to show products within different price levels.

The web shop has received a significantly higher rating since last year and we will continue to develop it continuously now with priority on search, filtering and sorting.
